JOB MISSION Ensure financial organization, cash flow predictability, and operational discipline, while also supporting operational HR routines and financial control of commercial operations—to sustain the company’s growth with standards, clarity, and security. RESPONSIBILITIES Finance * Payables and receivables management with strict control and adherence to deadlines * Periodic bank reconciliations with zero unexplained discrepancies * Active management of overdue accounts * Cash flow forecasting and monitoring * Organization and reliability of financial information in the Bling system * Weekly financial closing with sales representatives (values and inventory) * Identification and recording of financial or inventory discrepancies * Submission of fiscal documents (invoices and bills) after orders are entered into the system * Direct support to the owner in interpreting financial data and flagging risks Operational HR (support) * Attendance closing for employees * Verification of overtime hours, absences, and time entries * Submission and verification of payroll-related information to accounting * Organization of benefits and employee documentation Note: This role does not involve seller collections, commercial negotiations, or decisions regarding salary increases, promotions, or terminations. The focus is on control, verification, recording, and predictability.
