"This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement and monitor projects, procedures, and workflows within the Facilities area; * Perform activities related to the company store (sales, requisitions, verification, closings); * Request, implement, and monitor new improvements to the Facilities area’s access control system; * Monitor the organization of common areas—both inside and outside the factory—including reception area improvements and support for all Facilities-related requests; * Support the implementation of emergency protocols to comply with EGI requirements and actions related to new certifications; * Monitor administrative and factory cleaning (restrooms and sanitary barriers), controls, and improvements in common areas: restrooms, changing rooms, sanitary barriers, social areas, and external areas; * Address social initiatives (donations and sponsorships); * Respond to requests and routine administrative tasks within the area; * Monitor asset security activities, front desks, CCTV monitoring, reception activities, and light fleet operations; * Conduct onboarding for new employees related to the Facilities area; * Develop, update, and present area performance indicators; * Develop scopes, analyze and monitor Facilities-area budgets and contracts; * Request signage identification for external factory and administrative areas; * Deliver training relevant to the area; * Open and monitor service tickets and work orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of ERP systems (TOTVS is a plus); * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** Check out our benefits below: Unimed National Health Plan (ward or private room); Amil Dental Plan (basic, intermediate, and executive tiers); Meal Voucher or Company Cafeteria; Food Allowance; Scholarship Program (subject to internal policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefits Program; Life Insurance; Christmas Bonus; Pregnancy Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
