Assistance in distribution and resolution of delivery issues ***Job Responsibilities.*** * Controls parts in stock and maintains updated physical inventory records; * Updates the physical inventory to align with route scheduling; informs internal and external customers about receipt, storage, picking, verification, shipping, and delivery; * Assists in preparing delivery manifests to facilitate cargo distribution by carriers or in-house delivery; * Assists in route planning, schedules time slots, and optimizes the delivery process for agility and cost-efficiency; assists drivers/motorcycle couriers with delivery-related issues, route redefinition, and other matters.
