Receive and forward mail and packages to residents. Maintain order and cleanliness in the condominium’s common areas. Conduct security patrols within the condominium premises. Provide information and guidance to residents and visitors. Report any irregularities or issues on the premises to residents and condominium management. Ensure compliance with the condominium’s rules and regulations. Assist in organizing community events and activities. Maintain contact with suppliers and service providers to ensure proper functioning of the condominium.
