Rapid fault diagnosis in dynamic environments. **Technical Support Analyst** **Job Type:** 100% On-site (CLT) **Location:** Centro, Ubatuba \- SP **Schedule:** Rotating shifts, varying by season; typically Monday to Saturday, and during certain periods Sunday to Sunday with one weekly day off. (7 hours and 20 minutes per day, including a 1 hour and 30 minute lunch break) **Education Requirement:** Completed High School ***Objective****: "Provide specialized technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving incidents promptly to ensure operational continuity, with emphasis on commercial automation and end-user support in Food Service and retail environments."* **Requirements:** * Driver's license categories AB; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Excel; * Experience with CRM and ERP, POS, or similar management systems; * 3–5 years of technical support experience (SaaS companies preferred); * Customer service experience and incident ticket resolution; * Experience with ticketing systems; * Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks; * Experience in software incident diagnosis and troubleshooting **Key Challenges:** * End-user support: Patience and ability to interact with non-technical users (e.g., cashiers, managers), training them without disrupting operations. * Rapid fault diagnosis: Identifying hardware, network, or software issues within minutes in a high-volume, dynamic retail environment. * Continuous skill development: Learning new automation tools and cybersecurity practices to remain current. **Starting Salary:** R$ 2\.100,00 (after 3 months’ experience: R$ 2\.500,00) **Benefits**: * Transportation Allowance; * Gym Allowance (R$150,00\).
