Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you; we only recommend finalizing one process before starting a new one. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Maintain relationships with clients, accreditations, and sales volume, aiming to meet their needs, monitoring and tracking users/customers' access to digital media, striving to ensure the best experience and highest ratings on social networks, as well as providing clarifications and solving problems or arranging actions to resolve issues. Develop ethical and creative relationships, monitor and guide product usage by customers or users, prospect new customers for the product, present and offer new products for sale, identify potential deviations, generate technical and administrative studies and analyses, evaluate different options, and make recommendations and/or proposals for medium-complexity solutions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ATTRIBUTIONS:** Monitor product implementations at companies, supporting the sales team in promotion and necessary actions. Develop strategies aimed at improving profitability, covering Anticipation, Accreditation, card purchase operations, enabling Credit, advances, etc., and managing the Profitability Funnel. Manage digital customer service through social media engagement, Reclame Aqui, etc., ensuring a unique customer experience by following their journey, monitoring social media to guarantee the best experience and highest ratings online. Monitor key performance indicators (abandonment, callbacks, turnover, occupancy rate, and digitization), provide feedback to the company on the main customer questions, and create action plans focused on improving customer experience and reducing call volume. Identify and prospect new business opportunities for product and/or service sales, both in active and new clients, based on demand assessment and market trends, conducting contacts with channels, clients, etc., considering possible changes in products, services, and/or features. Remain attentive to signs of risks or conflicts with clients throughout contract management, reporting incidents to the immediate supervisor. Coordinate with the client the schedule and type of action required for implementations, accreditations, changes, payments, among others. Prepare reports with final information from each action, providing involved departments (Sales / Relationship) with all execution details. Provide support to medium-sized and occasionally large clients, volumes, and values via website, email, or phone, analyzing their demands, complaints, requests, or any type of inquiry, seeking and delivering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Fully support new clients, as well as guide them on registration, financial, and billing procedures. Respond to customer complaints through the Customer Service department, ensuring quality and satisfaction in service delivery within your area, acting under occasional guidance. Contribute to analyses and improvement projects across the team’s activities, seeking ways to rationalize and optimize time and enhance quality. Comply with internal regulations, health, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures specific to the department, as well as compliance requirements, observing and adhering to applicable company regulations.
