Job Summary: Consultant assigned to create and maintain the System and Data Inventory, producing artifacts required for ARC4 and DVC6 controls in collaboration with IT and Operations. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as a specialized consultant for system and data inventory 2. Focus on Data Governance and controls using frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK 3. Direct interaction with IT and Operations teams Act as an assigned consultant (external FTE) responsible for creating, structuring, and maintaining the System and Data Inventory, producing artifacts required by ARC4 (Data Knowledge) and DVC6 (Data Validation & Controls) controls through direct interaction with IT and Operations teams. **We are looking for someone who:** ------------------------ * DATA & TECHNOLOGY * Transactional systems, DW, Data Lake, or integrations * Data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) * Relational structures (tables, fields, keys) * Technical specifications * Architecture diagrams * Documentation of legacy and modern systems. * . * DATA GOVERNANCE & CONTROLS * Proven experience in at least some of the following areas: * Data Inventory / Data Catalog * Data Lineage * Data Quality / Data Validation * Data Ownership & Stewardship * Familiarity with frameworks such as: * DAMA-DMBOK (or equivalents) * Risk controls, audit, or IT compliance * Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational artifacts. * . * TOOLS * Excel (advanced level) * Confluence, SharePoint, or corporate Wiki * Modeling or cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra, Oracle Data Modeler) * Java programming language * MS-SQL Server database * Ability to work with corporate templates and controlled repositories.
