




Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of FTTH and FTTA residential network technology, ensuring service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. FTTH/FTTA network installation and repair execution 2. Connection fault and issue resolution 3. Network access feasibility verification * Perform FTTH and FTTA network installation and repair services for residential customers; * Repair/correct service faults, including slow speed, WiFi issues, no connection, intermittent connectivity, etc.; * Remove cables from canceled customer accounts to free up capacity for new customers; * Verify network access feasibility when the commercial team is uncertain whether network coverage exists in a given area; * Relocate equipment within the same residence upon request; * Change equipment location to a different address per customer request; * Perform upgrades by replacing or adding equipment when customers switch plans; * Attend training sessions and meetings when invited; * Perform other duties as required by the role.
