Manage job positions, salaries, and performance evaluation cycles We are seeking an HR Analyst with an analytical mindset, a collaborative attitude, and a strong desire to make a difference in daily operations. **What You Will Do at Shopping Center Lapa:** Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes with a focus on quality and cultural fit Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a welcoming experience from day one Develop and implement internal marketing initiatives that strengthen organizational climate Organize and deliver training programs for internal employees. Monitor and analyze HR metrics through reports. Participate in the annual HR budget preparation Manage job positions, salaries, and performance evaluation cycles Familiarity with Personnel Administration routines is highly useful and required for this position. **What We Expect From You:** Proven experience in candidate selection and behavioral interviews.
