Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor entrances, controlling the flow of people and providing requested clarifications and guidance; * Record vehicle entries and exits; * Make entries in the incident logbook; * Remain vigilant regarding access by unfamiliar or unknown individuals, conducting appropriate approaches and formal access control as required, per established guidelines; * Provide clarifications and guidance to third parties regarding destination location and access; * Support receptionists whenever necessary on matters related to maintaining security in the reception area; * Record entries and exits of vehicles, materials, and equipment; * Receive, register, and manage incoming external correspondence; * Activate and deactivate alarms when necessary; * Maintain control over institutional assets exiting via the entrance, according to defined procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * A security guard training course is a plus; * Prior experience in entrance/gate operations is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts in Itaparica/BA **Additional Information** Founded on February 21, 1937 by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth, grounded in strategic planning and focused on achieving optimal results.
