Technical Skills:* Individual and group counseling. * Knowledge of child development. * Understanding of professional ethics and CFP legislation. Main Responsibilities:* Monitor Early Years classes, observing group dynamics and individual needs. * Mediate conflicts among students and/or between students and adults. * Support inclusive processes in partnership with coordinators, teachers, guardians, and other professionals. * Provide counseling and support to teachers, guardians, professionals, and staff regarding socioemotional and coexistence issues. * Coordinate and monitor initiatives focused on students’ socioemotional development, coexistence, and well-being. 251222020249642574
