We’re waiting for your application!** **\#joinbahiana** **Responsibilities and Duties** The Technical Intern in Information Technology will support the operational activities of the Information Technology department, contributing to the proper functioning of IT resources and the quality of user support. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting first-level technical user support, either in person or via a ticketing system; * Assisting with the installation, configuration, and updating of computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals; * Supporting the installation and configuration of operating systems, institutional applications, and corporate software; * Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment; * Assisting with the control and organization of IT assets (equipment inventory, movement records, identification); * Supporting the team in basic network routines, such as connectivity verification and workstation configuration assistance; * Assisting in documenting technical procedures, support records, and user guidance; * Adhering to institutional information security policies, standards, and best practices; * Always working under the guidance and supervision of the NTI technical team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Currently enrolled in a **Technical Course** in one of the following fields: * Information Technology; * Internet Technologies; * Computer Networks; * IT Support and Maintenance; * Information Systems or related areas. **Technical Knowledge (Desirable)** * Basic knowledge of: * Windows and/or Linux operating systems; * Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); * Software installation and configuration; * Fundamental hardware concepts (computer architecture); * Computer networks (basic concepts of IP, Wi\-Fi, and cabling); * Introductory-level information security. **Additional Information** **Workload:** * **30 hours per week** **Work Modality:** * On-site **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off (Day Off) * Quality of Life Program Bahiana is a private, non-profit educational, cultural, scientific, and assistance-oriented institution, focused on teaching, research, and extension in health sciences, general sciences, and culture, serving the community.
