You will be the final line of defense before code impacts our customers. Your mission is not merely to deploy, but to ensure nothing enters production without meeting the highest standards of robustness, performance, and security. You will have autonomy to block non-compliant deliveries and serve as a technical quality advisor to Tech Leads and development teams. **What you’ll do:** * Release and Deployment Management: Manage the delivery lifecycle, executing daily hotfixes and weekly Release Candidate (RC) promotions, ensuring safe and controlled deployment windows. * Technical Gatekeeping: Serve as a quality filter, reviewing critical code and ensuring compliance with architectural, security, and best-practice requirements prior to merge/deployment. * Performance and Database: Analyze critical SQL Server queries, identifying bottlenecks and requiring optimization from teams before production rollout. * Observability and Incident Response: Proactively monitor production logs and dashboards. Upon detecting anomalies, you will initiate team response, coordinate remediation, and implement fixes. * Quality Culture: Interact directly with Tech Leads and Developers, providing technical feedback on identified issues and recommending structural code improvements. * Automation: Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, ensuring automated processes/tests execute and validate correctly. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience: Senior Developer with 5 years of experience. * Senior Development Background: Solid mastery of programming logic and software architecture. You must be able to program as well as (or better than) those delivering the code. * Hybrid Stack: Proficiency in PHP and xBASE (xHarbour) languages. * Advanced Database: Deep expertise in SQL Server, including ability to analyze execution plans and optimize complex queries. * Infrastructure and Cloud: Solid experience with AWS and management of production environments. * DevOps and Tools: Mastery of GitHub (PR workflow, code review, CI/CD management). * Scripting: Proficiency in Shell Script, Bash, or Python for operational task automation. * Methodology: Experience in Agile environments. * ERP: Experience with ERP systems. * API: Strong knowledge of implementing and consuming APIs, both SOAP and RESTful. * Familiarity with monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, or CloudWatch). * Experience with automated testing. * Knowledge of containerization (Docker). **Soft Skills:** * Resilience and Crisis Management: During incidents, you remain calm and organize resolution efforts. * Critical Thinking: Reject “it works on my machine.” Adopt a failure-oriented mindset and consider edge cases. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: R$ 40.00 per business day.
