




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and managing emails, assisting customers, tracking services and orders, and maintaining administrative records and controls. Monitoring of services, orders, and suppliers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor and manage incoming emails. Open and track support tickets. Monitor ongoing services and support requests, scheduling and rescheduling as needed. Track services performed by third-party workshops. Issue and control service orders and purchase orders. Update and maintain comparative spreadsheets for tires and parts. Perform proactive and reactive phone and WhatsApp support. Monitor vehicle trackers. Register service providers and suppliers. Send and evaluate billing related to damages and claims, based on service orders. Purchase parts and track purchase orders. Manage and monitor pending payment service orders. Track product returns. Correct bank slips and invoices with service providers. Update mileage in the system according to information received from customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education. Experience in mechanical fields and/or customer service. Basic computer skills. Intermediate to advanced typing speed. Desired courses: Mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break; Friday: 08:00–18:00 with a 2-hour lunch break; Alternate Saturdays (rotating shift): 08:00–12:00\. **BENEFITS:** Salary: R$ 1\.553,20\.
