OPEN POSITION | YOUNG APPRENTICE – PRODUCTION Production Department Opportunity for first job and professional development We are seeking young individuals eager to learn, committed, and interested in developing skills in the industrial and production fields. The Young Apprentice Program provides professional training for roles such as Production Assistant / Production Line Feeder, combining on-the-job practice with theoretical EAD (Distance Learning) coursework. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in supplying the production line * Transport materials to production, warehouse, and storeroom * Support material organization and restocking * Verify, identify, and sort materials according to instructions * Assist in cleaning and organizing the workplace * Support operational routines within the production department **Requirements:** * Age between 17 and 22 years * Interest in learning and professional development * Commitment, responsibility, and organizational skills * Availability for a 6-hour daily work schedule * Ability to follow an EAD course **Position Details:** Training allowance: R$ 1\.105,50 Transportation benefit: Shuttled service * 6-hour daily schedule / Morning and afternoon shifts EAD training course for Production Assistant Work location: Production Department This is an excellent opportunity to begin your professional journey, gain experience, and develop competencies for the job market.
