




Job Summary: The Internal Assembler is responsible for assembling, adjusting, and finishing components and equipment in accordance with technical drawings and quality standards. Collaboration with engineering, quality, and production departments * The Internal Assembler is responsible for assembling, adjusting, and finishing components and equipment in accordance with technical drawings, project specifications, and company-established quality standards. * Key Responsibilities * Perform mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and equipment according to technical drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions. * Carry out mechanical adjustments, alignments, calibrations, and fastenings to ensure proper component functionality. * Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, tolerances, and assembly specifications. * Correctly use manual, pneumatic, and electric tools, as well as measuring instruments (calipers, tape measures, levels, squares, etc.). * Verify assembly quality, identifying and reporting nonconformities or opportunities for improvement. * Support basic functional testing of assembled equipment, where applicable. * Maintain an organized workplace, adhering to 5S practices, safety protocols, and internal standards. * Comply with safety procedures, correctly using PPE and safeguarding one’s own physical integrity and that of colleagues. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production departments to contribute to process improvements. * Record activities in accordance with internal procedures (checklists, production orders, time logs).
