Description: * Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with active CREA registration; * Solid knowledge of vehicle chassis and propulsion systems, including brakes, steering, suspension, wheels, cooling, fuel, exhaust, transmission, and component integration; * Prior experience at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers will be considered an advantage; * Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and 3D modeling software (Unigraphics - UG); * Advanced English proficiency; * Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B. * Lead the technical development of chassis components, ensuring performance, serviceability, and compatibility across projects, aligned with assembly and after-sales capabilities. * Develop and update technical standards for component assembly and adjustment, promoting standardization and operational excellence on the production line. * Support the introduction of new components into production, providing comprehensive technical support to manufacturing plants. * Manage post-launch component maintenance, ensuring continuous support to operations. * Conduct analysis and resolution of non-conformities related to chassis component quality. * Support investigations of abnormal noises in the complete vehicle, contributing to continuous improvement of user experience. * Develop and manage local suppliers, fostering strategic technical partnerships. * Participate in technical research and development projects according to departmental guidelines. 2512290202491772418
