Monitoring Security Guard – South Zone
The role of the Monitoring Security Guard is the **continuous supervision of areas (indoor/outdoor) via electronic systems** (CCTV, alarms, etc.) to **identify and prevent risks, thefts, and suspicious activities**, operating security equipment, controlling access, conducting patrols, and alerting authorities when necessary—acting as a link between technology and human perception to ensure both asset and personal security.
Main Responsibilities:
* **Equipment Operation:** Operate and control cameras (CCTV), alarms, electric fences, and other electronic security systems.
* **Continuous Monitoring:** Monitor live footage in real time to detect irregularities, suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
* **Access Control:** Monitor the entry and exit of people and vehicles, regulating flow into restricted areas.
* **Patrols and Inspections:** Conduct physical patrols of the premises to complement electronic surveillance.
* **Recording and Reporting:** Document incidents and occurrences, and prepare detailed reports for management.
* **Incident Response:** Notify relevant authorities (police, fire department) and security teams in case of risk or emergency situations.
* **Prevention:** Proactively prevent thefts, damages, and other criminal acts by using human observation to detect what technology alone cannot capture.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
