Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the application of agile practices, acting as a facilitator to promote communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Applying agile methodologies and facilitating agile ceremonies The professional is responsible for ensuring the implementation of agile practices within the development team, acting as a process facilitator and impediment remover. Works closely with the Product Owner and the team to foster communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement of deliveries. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in fields such as Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) * Interpersonal skills, effective communication, and servant leadership * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation * Experience working with software development teams, **minimum of 6 months.** **Responsibilities:** * Implementing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); * Facilitating agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective); * Using Azure DevOps or other agile management tools; * Developing agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burn-down, etc.)
