Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Assistant to join our team, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the unit according to a 12x36 schedule. Key Highlights: 1. If you are organized and detail-oriented, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform internal and external cleaning of all unit spaces (e.g., offices, service areas, kitchen, restrooms, pantry, locker rooms, reception, stairs, corridors, etc.). * Sanitize water coolers or coffee machines. * Clean restrooms and replenish hygiene supplies. * Collect common and recyclable waste, disposing\-them in designated locations within the facility. * Clean windows, glass panels, floors, and remove dust from furniture. * Place warning signs in wet or slippery areas to prevent accidents. * Store cleaning products and tools/equipment in appropriate locations to ensure safety and organization, using them conscientiously and efficiently without waste. * Restock supplies (paper, cups, etc.) in designated areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in cleaning and facility maintenance roles. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and perform tasks under supervision. **Additional Information** * Schedule: 12x36 (i.e., work one day, rest the next). * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **We Offer:** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance * Dental Plan * Gym Membership \- Totalpass * Birthday Leave \- Day Off
