Job Summary: Supervise technical teams responsible for fiber optic installation and repair, ensuring service standards and quality, as well as conducting training. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and plan the activities of fiber optic technicians. 2. Ensure technical standards, safety, and service quality. 3. Handle operational problem resolution and team training. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Supervise the daily activities of fiber optic installation and repair technicians. * Plan routes, assign tasks, and monitor the progress of service orders. * Ensure strict compliance with technical and safety standards. * Inspect the quality of services performed. * Conduct technical training and refresher courses for the team. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality). * Handle operational problem resolution and team conflicts.
