Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing inventory levels, developing procurement strategies, negotiating terms, and monitoring products and suppliers to ensure supply continuity and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Procurement analysis and strategy, supplier negotiation and monitoring. 2. End-to-end procurement cycle management and cross-departmental relationship coordination. 3. Contribution to profitability and product mix review. **Junior Buyer** -------------------- **OVERVIEW** Responsible for analyzing inventory status and formulating procurement strategies, including negotiation of price, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Identify new products and suppliers. Negotiate agreements and contracts while evaluating their outcomes. Monitor the entire procurement process—especially for imported goods—until delivery to the company. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Execute, monitor, and analyze all procurement stages for assigned suppliers Place purchase orders and track them through to receipt Ensure full store replenishment Monitor store sales reports Monitor procurement-, sales-, margin-, budget-, shrinkage-, and commercial agreement-related reports Liaise with Finance department (accounts payable and receivable) and Tax/Audit department Liaise with Marketing department for general and promotional activities Monitor in-store promotions and offers negotiated Contribute to business profitability Negotiate and issue commercial agreements Prospect new suppliers Product registration Management reporting Monthly closing Product mix review Field visits to company-owned and competitor stores Monitoring of JBP contracts.
