Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing teams, coordinating equipment maintenance, testing and verifying equipment functionality, and administering performance indicators—ensuring equipment preservation and optimal performance. Ensuring equipment preservation and proper operation What We Seek: \* Completed high school education; \* Minimum 6 months of experience; \* Knowledge of people management, machinery and equipment maintenance, maintenance plans/systems, and intermediate-level Office suite; \* Driver's license category B. Desirable: \* Technical course (Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics); \* Driver's license category D. Main Responsibilities: \* Team management and task assignment; \* Monitoring of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; \* Testing and verification of equipment functionality; \* Identification of priorities and spare parts requirements; \* Administration of performance indicators; \* Ensuring equipment preservation and proper operation; \* Support in people management routines and reporting; \* Compliance with safety and environmental regulations; \* Development and follow-up of Daily Safety Talks (DDS).
