Loss Prevention Supervisor

Description

The Loss Prevention Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring control and reduction of losses in the store, strategically overseeing processes, asset security, and inventory management, guaranteeing accurate receipt and dispatch of merchandise. RESPONSIBILITIES: **Coordinate loss prevention activities in the store;** * Monitor internal processes to reduce breakages, discrepancies, and operational losses; * Track and control the receipt and dispatch of merchandise; * Directly manage and control inventory; * Participate in inventory processes; * Guide and supervise the team on internal procedures; * Ensure asset security and compliance with company policies. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education (college degree is a plus); Experience in loss prevention, inventory, or auditing; Analytical, attentive, and proactive profile; Leadership and strong communication skills; Flexible availability. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Experience in supermarkets or retail; Experience conducting inventories and managing inventory controls.
