Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with solid experience to manage and analyze costs, prepare financial statements, and optimize financial processes. Key Highlights: 1. SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST **We seek the following in your profile:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance-related activities; * Solid knowledge of cost control and analysis, bank reconciliation, preparation and analysis of financial statements; * Advanced-level Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of corporate finance indicators; * Preparation and analysis of financial statements; * Proficiency in budget planning and cash flow control; * Analytical ability and focus on continuous process improvement **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Issuing invoices, performing journal entries, recording receivables and payables, and reconciling accounts; * Performing bank reconciliation and ensuring accuracy of financial records; * Responding to and addressing requests received by the finance department; * Archiving and organizing documents received via digital channels; * Preparing financial statements, including Income Statement (DRE), Cash Flow Statement (DFC), and Budget; * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures established by the finance department; * Monitoring and analyzing daily cash flows, costs, and revenues; * Preparing managerial and financial reports to support decision-making; * Participating in and supporting internal audit processes; * Participating in meetings and analyses of internal company projects; * Maintaining constant communication and coordination with the accounting department; * Providing direct support to the Finance Manager on strategic and operational departmental demands. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; * Postgraduate degree in Finance is considered a plus. * Knowledge of Power BI * Experience with automation tools and application of Artificial Intelligence in Finance is highly valued. **Monday to Friday** **08:30 AM to 5:30 PM — On-site — 1 day of remote work** **Vila da Serra — Nova Lima | MG** Send your CV to: **oportunidades@exclusiveseguros.com.br** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$3.200,00 — R$3.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Remote work * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Advanced Excel Education: * Completed Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
