Focus on continuous improvement and innovation **Occupation:** Maintenance Technician R$ **Salary Expectation** R$ 3\.517,06 **Number of Positions** 1 **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 17:00 **Education Level** Completed Professional High School (Secondary Education) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** R$ 3\.517,06 * **Number of Positions** 1 * **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 17:00 * **Education Level** Completed Professional High School (Secondary Education) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are open until **21/11/2025** ### **Job Description** Ensure strict adherence to the annual preventive maintenance plan, proposing and implementing improvements whenever necessary; Execute and supervise corrective maintenance tasks as required, using in-house staff or outsourced service providers; Lead the team by planning daily activities, assigning tasks, monitoring service execution, and correcting deviations; Prepare budgets for outsourced maintenance services and monitor their execution to completion; Initiate and follow up on insurance claims with the insurer; Guarantee full functionality of urban equipment, furniture, and all other facilities under responsibility; Contract, supervise, measure, and authorize payments for third-party services; Conduct periodic control and inventory of materials and assets under responsibility; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; Address maintenance requests from Management and other company departments, promoting interdepartmental integration to ensure smooth operations; Periodically report activity progress and departmental results to Management; Receive and inspect goods and materials destined for maintenance; Develop performance reports and indicators (KPIs) for the department, monitor results, and propose improvement actions; Comply with the department’s annual budget plan and participate in preparing budgets for subsequent periods; Identify required materials and supplies, prepare budgets, provide technical support during activity execution, and monitor procurement processes for supplies and services; Maintain relationships with public and private entities relevant to the company (water, electricity, telecommunications, gas companies, contractors, construction firms, etc.); Manage the supplier portfolio, ensuring service quality and compliance; Participate in alignment and planning meetings with other departments; Control and audit contracts under responsibility; Implement processes and workflows based on industry best practices, promoting continuous improvement of maintenance and management routines. ### **Prerequisites** \* Prerequisites: Technical education in building construction; Proven experience in facility maintenance (preventive and corrective); \* Technical Knowledge: Team leadership; AutoCAD proficiency; Intermediate Office suite skills; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical, hydraulic, and masonry projects; Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM); Basic knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management; Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, and facility infrastructure systems; \* Qualifications: Behavioral competencies: Leadership and team management capability; Proactivity and results orientation; Organization and attention to detail; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Analytical mindset and decision-making ability. ### **Benefits** CLT Employment / Co-Payment Health Plan / Dental Plan / Group Life Insurance / Meal Allowance / Mobility Allowance / Gym Allowance. ### **Observations** Additional Information: Must own a vehicle and be available to work on weekends.
