**About the position** We are looking for a **Network Technician** to work as part of a team and organize our technicians’ schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and activities are executed efficiently. The professional will be responsible for optimizing the distribution of tasks related to CCTV and biometric and facial access control systems, ensuring necessary resources are available, and maintaining effective communication between teams and clients. **Responsibilities** * Organize and manage technicians’ schedules, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and efficient execution of daily activities; * Monitor the execution of technical services, ensuring all tasks are completed within established deadlines; * Manage control of materials and tools required for services; * Monitor and report on activity progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing solutions; * Ensure communication with remote technicians for the execution of off-site activities; * Maintain communication with internal clients, providing updates on the status of performed services; * Prepare daily reports on the progress of technical services and activities. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in Telecommunications, Computer Networks, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical areas and schedule organization; * Knowledge of scheduling and management tools; * Strong communication and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Desirable** * Experience with CCTV systems, including management software, image monitoring, and biometric controls; * Knowledge of computer networks or related areas; * Familiarity with CCTV manufacturers and accessories; * Proficiency in preparing technical drawings (Visio or similar).
