Job Summary: This professional will assist in the construction and maintenance of buildings, performing basic tasks in masonry, carpentry, electrical work, and painting, as well as preparing construction sites and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in construction and maintenance of buildings. 2. Perform basic masonry, reinforcement, carpentry, and electrical tasks. 3. Prepare construction sites and materials for use. ● Assist in construction and maintenance of masonry buildings and other structures; ● Perform basic tasks in masonry, reinforcement, carpentry, electrical work, painting, etc.; ● Prepare construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting soil; ● Prepare and sort materials to be used; ● Perform first-level maintenance, cleaning machines and tools; ● Inspect equipment conditions and request repairs as needed; ● Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials; ● Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the business environment; ● Clean and organize the workplace; Comply with institutional rules and regulations.
