Job Mission: As a Machine Operator, your mission is to operate Tetra Pak packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, safeguarding equipment, identifying potential failures, carrying out activities according to operational guidelines and procedures, and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety conditions in order to achieve the efficiency, quality, and productivity levels expected by the company. Job Requirements: * Desired experience: Operation of Tetra Pak equipment. * Specific knowledge: NR 12, NR 11. * Basic Office package skills. Activity Description: * Inspect machines, equipment, tools, and instruments; * Report irregularities to supervisor; * Program the machine according to the product specifications defined by production scheduling; * Operate machines in your assigned area, producing with required quality and within established standards; * Perform sampling checks on items such as packaging, date, sealing, and batch number to meet Quality System specifications; * Refill glue containers of equipment, check temperature and pressure of glue applicators; * Check cap/straw applicator; * Collect samples to send to the quality department for testing according to the sampling plan; * Load cardboard into the machine; * Refill ink in secondary coder; * Call maintenance personnel when necessary; * Inform immediate supervisor of any discrepancies regarding products and their respective standards, or regarding the progress of the production process; * Report and alert about critical or imminent danger situations in your work area, enabling immediate corrective action from the Safety department to prevent accidents and protect company assets; * Identify and register pallets according to the WMS system; Requirements: Education: * Completed high school * Technical course Benefits: * Medical insurance * Profit-sharing (PLR) * Cafeteria * Life insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * Gympass fitness program * Childcare assistance for women * Extended maternity and paternity leave Want to join us? \#VemserTial! 2510240202201570297
