Ensures kitchen cleanliness, organization, and maintenance **Occupation:** Cook R$ **Salary Expectation** R$ 2\.000,00 **Number of Vacancies** 1 **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 16:00 **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** R$ 2\.000,00 * **Number of Vacancies** 1 * **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 16:00 * **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are open until **04/24/2026** ### **Job Description** • Leads kitchen operations; • Prepares meals by executing the daily menu; • Informs the administrative department upon receipt of donations for verification, then performs sorting of received food and donations for use in the menu; • Classifies food items for freezing; • Manages food and gas expense control; • Requests resources according to the schedule established by the administrative department; (EVERY FRIDAY) • Identifies products with opening date, expiration date, and shelf life; • Manages leftover food control; • Attends training courses and events when requested; • Cleans and organizes the kitchen; • Maintains equipment and utensils in order, clean, and fully operational; • Cleans and keeps the dining area organized for meals; • Serves meals; • Tracks the quantity of snacks served; • Prevents food waste; • Reports any changes in the kitchen, including necessary menu adjustments. • Observes Workplace Hygiene Standards and the Kitchen Manual, wearing uniforms, hairnets, and closed-toe shoes. • Does not wear jewelry or nail polish. ### **Prerequisites** Completed High School with training in Education and Social Inclusion. ### **Benefits** Workload: 40 hours per week.
