




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support agroindustrial projects by developing and optimizing BIM tools, providing technical support, and participating in multidisciplinary coordination. Participate in multidisciplinary coordination in projects **RESPONSIBILITIES** **AGROINDUSTRIAL PROJECTS** * Support BIM Implementation: Collaborate in the transition and adoption of BIM into project workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization. * Develop and Refine Revit Families: Create new customized parametric families (BIM objects), ensuring compliance with specifications and levels of detail (LOD). * Optimize Revit Templates: Participate in reviewing and adjusting existing Revit templates to align them with company standards and best practices across disciplines. * Organize BIM Libraries: Assist in managing, cataloging, and updating the library of BIM families and components. * Provide Basic Technical Support: Address and assist Revit users with operational questions and modeling best practices. * Document BIM Processes: Contribute to drafting manuals and guides on using families, templates, and Revit workflows. * Participate in Multidisciplinary Coordination: Attend BIM coordination meetings to understand interactions among disciplines. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** Advanced Proficiency in Revit: Ability to create and edit models, as well as develop and manage parametric families. Knowledge of BIM Standards: Familiarity with BIM concepts (LOD, PEB, etc.) and data organization within models. Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD: To transcribe and reference information from legacy projects. Practical Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Essential for documentation and communication. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering.
