Job Summary: An intern will assist in all stages of detailed construction budgeting, cost control, performance indicators, strategic planning, and monitoring of construction progress. Collaboration in strategic planning and project monitoring **Responsibilities:** Assist in all stages of detailed construction budgeting; assist in cost and expense control; Engineering Performance Indicators; assist in the strategic planning of real estate development. Assist in scheduling construction activities, observing technical specifications in design documents, productivity indices relative to the volume of work to be executed, and project delivery deadlines; monitor construction progress, evaluating adherence to planned milestones. Assist in monitoring actual costs versus budgeted costs. Assist in required quantity take-offs.
