Job Summary: The Production Assistant supports the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency by operating machinery, inspecting products, and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Performs quality control and packaging of finished products The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the production process in the factory, ensuring operational quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include preparing and supplying raw materials, operating and monitoring production machinery, performing quality control on products during processing, and packaging finished products. Additionally, the Production Assistant must strictly follow food safety regulations and company operational procedures, assist in maintaining and cleaning work areas and equipment, and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors or team leaders. Immediate start available. Salary - R$ 1.924,48 + R$ 324,20 Hazard Pay + 40% Night Shift Premium. Unimed Health Plan - Payment only applies if co-payment is used. Food Voucher - R$ 100.00 per month Birthday Day Off + R$ 100.00 paid on payroll. Working hours - 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM to 1:55 AM - Monday to Friday.
