The Support Professional is responsible for assisting in various administrative and operational activities, contributing to the smooth functioning of the institution. This professional works collaboratively, providing support across different areas and ensuring the efficiency of internal processes. With a junior-level seniority, this professional is expected to be continuously learning and developing their skills.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM FOR THE POSITION):
* Minimum initial education at the high school level or currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program;
* Strong ability to adapt to different educational levels;
* Proficiency in technological tools.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (IDEAL FOR THE POSITION):
* Specific continuing education with a minimum duration of 180 hours, as stipulated by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC).

DESCRIPTION:
* Assist the student in mobility, access, and participation in all spaces and pedagogical activities within the school institution;
* Provide support in activities related to feeding, hygiene, and personal care, respecting the student's privacy, autonomy, pace, and individuality;
* Facilitate social interaction, communication, and participation of the student in school activities, recognizing diverse forms of expression and communication, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC);
* Assist in the use of assistive technologies, adapted pedagogical resources, and accessible materials indicated by the pedagogical team and/or Specialized Educational Support (AEE);
* Accompany the student during school activities, contributing to their safety, routine organization, and continued presence in the educational environment;
* Collaborate with the pedagogical team in observing the student's development and reporting relevant situations related to participation and school adaptation;
* Work in coordination with teachers, pedagogical coordination, AEE, and the family to effectively implement strategies outlined in the Individualized Educational Plan (PEI);
* Contribute to promoting inclusive practices, accessibility, and respectful coexistence among students;
* Assist in behavioral mediation and activity organization without replacing the pedagogical work of the classroom teacher.
