




Description: Job Description: Quality Control Assistant Responsibilities:* Conduct quality inspections on raw materials used in bakery production. * Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with established standards. * Perform tests and analyses on finished products to ensure their quality. * Record and document the results of inspections and tests conducted. * Identify quality deviations and propose corrective actions. * Participate in the development of procedures and standards related to quality control. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuous improvement of processes. Requirements:* Technical education in Quality Control, Food Science, or related fields. * Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in baking. * Knowledge of food safety standards and good manufacturing practices. * Ability to conduct sensory tests and laboratory analyses. * Capacity to work collaboratively and in an organized manner. * Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
