Job Summary: Occupational health professional responsible for preventing and promoting employee health through medical consultations, examinations, and awareness programs. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team on workplace safety **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:50 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform occupational health activities in compliance with biosafety standards and procedures. * Carry out operational procedures under your responsibility according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). * Assist in systematically monitoring employees' health status, identifying occupational diseases, traumatic injuries, and epidemiological illnesses. * Provide medical services to employees visiting the Medical Department, including blood pressure checks and other assessments. * Conduct home and hospital visits in cases of work-related accidents. * Enter medical examination data into the system as directed by the Occupational Physician to comply with legislation and update the PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program). * Assist in conducting admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations, as well as others required by institutional regulations. * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee medical records. * Receive medical certificates, enter them into the system, and deliver them to the Occupational Physician for evaluation. * Maintain controls and records of departmental activities and other necessary data for generating performance indicators via reports and statistical tracking. * Monitor medical service providers, verifying payments, service delivery, and other aspects to meet departmental needs. * Collaborate with the Workplace Safety Department in organizing and implementing the SIPAT (Internal Accident Prevention Week), including arranging speakers, promotional items, venues, and supporting accident prevention programs to meet departmental requirements. * Participate in training programs when requested. * Support the Occupational Physician in occupational medicine-related activities. * Attend internal safety meetings and committees upon request to clarify doubts. * Plan and execute internal disease-prevention campaigns, lectures, and internal/external training sessions; prepare brochures, audiovisual resources, handbooks, and promotional materials to raise awareness and enhance employee capabilities, in collaboration with the Occupational Physician. * Maintain tools, equipment, and the workplace in good condition, clean and organized, to support environmental preservation initiatives. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Nursing. * Basic knowledge of **Regulatory Standards (NRs)** applicable to occupational health.
