Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general building maintenance services, both preventively and reactively. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and proactive problem identification. **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Summary** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general building maintenance services, including repairs, minor construction work, structural corrections, and other activities ensuring proper facility operation. Works both preventively and reactively, adhering to technical standards, safety protocols, and supervision instructions. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform masonry, flooring, wall, cladding, and simple structural repairs. * Carry out minor civil works, such as installing supports, fixings, and structural adjustments. * Perform painting, plaster repairs, and finishing work as needed. * Assist with basic plumbing tasks, including unclogging, faucet adjustments, trap replacements, among others. * Support low-complexity electrical maintenance activities when authorized and trained. * Read and interpret sketches, simple blueprints, and work instructions. * Maintain an organized workplace, taking care of tools, materials, and equipment. * Conduct preventive inspections in assigned areas and report anomalies to supervision. * Comply with safety regulations, always using provided PPE. * Respond to emergency requests as required by the contract. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed elementary school. * **Experience:** Prior experience as a craftsman, mason, skilled laborer, or in building maintenance is desirable. * **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of masonry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs; * Use of manual and electric tools. **Behavioral Skills** * Organization and care for materials and tools * Responsibility and punctuality * Proactive problem identification * Teamwork * Good communication and professional demeanor Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
