Job Summary: Mansão do Caminho is seeking a Maintenance Artisan to support electrical, hydraulic, and minor repair needs, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. We are seeking a Maintenance Artisan who can support our electrical, hydraulic, and minor repair needs. **Main Responsibilities:** **Preventive and corrective maintenance:** Performs preventive maintenance to avoid failures and corrective maintenance to repair broken items. **General repairs:** Conducts repair and minor maintenance services across different areas, such as mechanical, electrical, masonry, and installations; **Diagnosis:** Identifies and resolves issues in machinery, vehicles (e.g., locomotives), and equipment, including onboard electronic systems. **Preservation:** Maintains the integrity and good condition of buildings, floors, walls, and other facility components. **Minor renovations and assembly:** Performs minor renovation work, assembly, and installation of equipment and components. **Monitoring and reporting:** Monitors maintenance task execution and reports requirements for parts or materials needed for repairs, **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * On-site Cafeteria * Education Benefit Program * Dental Care Assistance
