Job Summary: We are seeking a Mining Technician II to perform technical detailing and field monitoring of blasting planning for stopes and underground development headings, ensuring quality and optimization. All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop long-hole stope drilling projects, including definition of pattern, burden, spacing, subdrill, and blasting parameters; * Develop drilling plans for development drifts, ramps, access tunnels, and underground infrastructure; * Sequence stope and development drilling, ensuring interface with operations and short-term planning; * Generate and update technical drawings using mining software (Deswik, Datamine, AutoCAD or similar); * Monitor plan execution in the field, ensuring adherence and proposing adjustments when necessary; * Monitor drilling and blasting performance indicators (advance, overbreak, underbreak, volume reconciliation); * Support stope volumetric measurement (stope cubing) and reconciliation between planned vs. actual; * Collaborate with geology, geotechnical engineering, and operations to optimize plans; * Support definition of mining strategies and panel preparation; * Prepare technical reports and performance presentations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Degree in Mining; * Proven experience in planning and/or execution of long-hole stope drilling; * Experience in underground development (drift drilling); * Knowledge of blasting parameters and dilution control; * Experience with software such as Deswik, Datamine and/or AutoCAD; * Understanding of the underground mining cycle; * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Driver’s License Category B **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal Voucher (at offices) * Food Allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company) * Club Membership Benefit \- may vary by location * Eyewear Purchase Assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
