Supporting the kitchen team and proper waste disposal **Position:** General Services Assistant **Salary:** R$ 1\.625,09 \+ 20% hazard pay (R$ 325,02\) **Department:** Restaurant **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM; weekends and holidays, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (6x1 rotating shift\) **Description:** The General Services Assistant is responsible for ensuring the cleaning, organization, and maintenance of restaurant environments, directly contributing to service quality and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Clean and sanitize indoor and outdoor areas (dining area, kitchen, restrooms, storage) * Wash utensils, dishes, pots, and equipment * Restock cleaning supplies and hygiene items * Assist in organizing tables, chairs, and environments * Support the kitchen team as needed (simple pre-preparation, organizing ingredients) * Perform proper waste disposal * Follow safety regulations and good food handling practices **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School * Relevant work experience **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * On-site Meal
