Cross-Departmental Interface and Resource Control **Job Description:** ---------------------- The professional will be responsible for supporting the Performance department by assisting in the development, updating, and analysis of project schedules and performance indicators. The objective is to ensure that projects are executed within established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, utilizing advanced data and scheduling management tools. Key Responsibilities and Activities: \- Schedule Management: Assist in creating and detailing WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) and schedules using Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera (P6\); \- Progress Updates: Collect field/production data and update physical and financial progress of projects in planning tools; \- Variance Analysis: Monitor the critical path, identify potential delays and productivity variances, reporting them to management for corrective actions; \- Data Management and Dashboards: Develop, update, and maintain KPI dashboards in Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources; \- Management Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (RDOs, RAPs), using Advanced Excel for handling complex data, pivot tables, and spreadsheet automation; \- Resource Control: Support resource planning (labor, equipment, and materials), assisting in histogram and S-curve analysis. \- Cross-Departmental Interface: Act as a facilitator in communication among engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure accuracy of planning information. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Mechanical, or related fields) or Technology in Project Management; * Microsoft Project: Proficiency in task creation, predecessor linking, resource assignment, and baseline setting; * Primavera P6: Operational experience in updating and viewing schedules in a Primavera environment; * Advanced Excel: In-depth knowledge of complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, INDEX/MATCH), Pivot Tables, Power Query, and integrated chart creation; * Power BI: Ability to create dashboards, connect data sources, and perform basic DAX and Power Query transformations; * Organization and Methodology: Capability to handle large volumes of data in a structured manner; * Analytical Profile: Critical eye to identify inconsistencies in schedules and reports; * Proactivity: Anticipate problems and propose process control improvements; * Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey technical information to various hierarchical levels. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK or Lean Six Sigma); * Basic understanding of cost estimation and budgeting; * Familiarity with automation languages (VBA or Python). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- DIAS DAVILA \- BA
