Job Summary: S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking a Stretcher Bearer to transport patients, assist with transportation, ensure patient safety and comfort, and communicate with the nursing team. Communicating with the nursing team and providing humane care S3 Gestão em Saúde is looking for new talent to work as a **STRETCHER BEARER**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transport patients on stretchers and/or wheelchairs to various areas of the UPA, such as examination rooms (laboratory, imaging), observation beds, or, if necessary, to external transfer vehicles; * Assist in placing and removing patients onto stretchers, wheelchairs, and transport vehicles, ensuring safety and comfort—especially for patients with fractures or conditions requiring specific care; * Maintain stretchers, wheelchairs, and stretchercarts (transport equipment) clean, organized, and readily available for use; * Communicate\-with the nursing team to understand patient conditions and determine the most appropriate transport method, while delivering humane care characterized by discretion and empathy, reassuring patients and their companions; * Verify required documentation for transport, such as authorizations and medical records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role under CLT employment terms; * Prior experience in Urgency and Emergency Units is a plus. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.621\+ 324.20 (HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE) * **Workload:** 220 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution of social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across the federation.
