Support production, engineering, and safety teams in continuous improvement initiatives **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional to work in the Quality area, focusing on inspection, control, and improvement of processes related to welding and structural components. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product compliance, tracking non-conformities, and providing technical support to production departments. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welded parts and metal structures. * Monitor and validate welding processes according to applicable standards and internal specifications. * Develop and update work instructions, inspection reports, and quality records. * Verify compliance of received and produced structural components. * Track non-conformity handling and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions. * Conduct internal audits of manufacturing and welding processes. * Support production, engineering, and safety teams in pursuing continuous improvement. * Ensure adherence to applicable technical standards (e.g., ISO, AWS/DNV, where applicable). **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields. * Experience in welding or structural component inspection. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Basic understanding of metrology and measuring instruments. * Preferred: Welding Inspector certification (N1/N2), qualification in welding processes, or experience in metallurgical industry.
