Fieldwork and commitment to safety and quality The Assembly Assistant is responsible for supporting the technical team in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of electrical transformers in the field, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the company's quality standards. Main Responsibilities: Assist in the mechanical and electrical assembly of transformers in the field under the guidance of the assembler or responsible technician; Support the handling, positioning, and securing of components and equipment; Prepare tools, materials, and equipment required for assembly tasks; Perform cleaning and organization tasks at the worksite to maintain a safe and functional environment; Assist in visual inspections and basic tests as instructed by the technical team; Strictly adhere to company safety, environmental, and internal procedures; Collaborate with the technical team throughout all stages of on-site assembly and disassembly processes. Required Qualifications: Completed high school education; Basic knowledge in electricity or mechanics (technical course in progress or completed is desirable); Availability for travel and fieldwork; Ability to work in a team and attention to detail; Commitment to safety and quality.
