Managing multiple simultaneous demands and balancing deadlines, collections, and analyses in a dynamic environment. **Requirements** * Academic Qualification * Level: Currently pursuing undergraduate degree * Fields: Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Management, or Business Process Management * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory), including expertise in: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Pivot Tables; Conditional formulas (IF, SUMIF, etc.); Data processing and verification; * Analysis and validation of financial/commercial data: ability to verify amounts, identify discrepancies and inconsistencies; * Control and management of trade funds: recording, tracking, balance, and application; * Basic knowledge of commercial and financial processes: invoicing, discounts, commercial agreements, bonuses; * Interpretation of commercial agreements and contracts with suppliers/manufacturers; * Reconciliation of amounts and verification of reports; * Organization and control of information (spreadsheets, internal controls, systems); * Formal communication with suppliers; * (collection emails, validation and negotiation) **Job Conditions** * Employment type: CLT / On-site * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:40 to 16:28 * Fixed salary: To be negotiated * Benefits: Transportation allowance; Meal/food allowance / On-site cafeteria; Health insurance; Parking; Gympass/Wellhub.
