If you are looking for a dynamic opportunity and wish to grow with us, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Diagnostic Medicine Systems Support:** Assistance in using and maintaining systems such as RIS and PACS (Philips) and Tzion Capture (ASL); * **Telemedicine Support:** Providing service, verifying connectivity, and offering technical support to physicians from Unimed BH; * **Incident Management:** Logging, tracking, and resolving tickets via the ITSM tool (Unimed Portal); * **Level 1 Support:** Remote or on-site assistance for corporate systems, software, applications, and hardware; * **Escalation:** Identifying complex failures and engaging Level 3 (specialist) teams when required; * **Flexible Coverage:** Itinerant work to cover vacations within the Imaging Systems and Field Service teams across Unimed BH units. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and Linux); * Familiarity with networking and telecommunications systems; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * **Availability for a 12x36 rotating shift during nighttime hours (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM);** * **Flexibility to work across different units** (with 30 days’ advance notice for location changes). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Strong verbal fluency, organizational skills, and quick reasoning ability. **CLT Employment Contract \+ Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Medical and Dental Plans * Life Insurance * Discount Club * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila * Discounts on Positivo products * Elleve Performance development platform If you match this profile and wish to join the Positivo S\+ team, **apply now!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
