Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst for an accounting firm in Brasília, responsible for accounting routines, tax calculations, and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of accounting, tax, and corporate legislation We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join an accounting firm in Brasília! This position will be responsible for executing and controlling the company’s accounting routines, ensuring accurate tax calculations and compliance with current legislation. **Responsibilities:** * Record and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Monitor, analyze, and reconcile asset, liability, revenue, and expense accounts; * Prepare financial statements (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets); * Calculate direct and indirect taxes, and submit ancillary obligations (SPED, ECD, ECF, DCTF, among others); * Support the preparation and review of management and accounting reports; * Respond to internal and external audits by providing information and documentation; * Monitor and interpret accounting, tax, and corporate legislation to ensure compliance; * Support the finance department in monthly and annual closings; Identify opportunities for process and internal control improvements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Accounting (CRC); * Prior experience in accounting routines, preferably in industrial environments or accounting firms; * Knowledge of corporate and tax legislation; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Domínio, Protheus or equivalents).
