TV program hires Infrastructure Analyst in Novo Hamburgo. **Responsibilities:** Administer and maintain servers (Windows / Linux), networks and firewalls (Fortigate). Provide technical support to infrastructure. Manage monitoring systems (Grafana and Zabbix). Proactively work on information security, monitoring and detecting potential failures. Provide basic hardware support (assembly, diagnosis, maintenance). Manage tools such as Google Workspace, GLPI and infrastructure on Google Cloud. Work with internal IT team to support and implement changes. Support other departments using company tools (Monday, Adobe, Wordpress, ERP CIGAM).
