Description

Job Summary: Responsible for full HR management, including recruitment, hiring, training, and team supervision, as well as procurement and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive human resource management. 2. Control and organization of operational and procurement processes. 3. Development of training and capacity-building plans. Conducts selection interviews and determines hiring decisions. Introduces the company to new employees, requests uniforms, transportation allowances, and other related items. Manages and controls work schedules. Tracks employee vacation time, prepares minutes for all monthly departmental meetings, updates all spreadsheets, absences, and medical certificates. Also develops training plans, monitors and supervises training sessions, organizes social events, manages timekeeping records, and registers new employees. Handles procurement responsibilities. Therefore, accurate monitoring and timely information regarding purchasing needs, inventory control, quotation requests, order tracking, goods receipt, and acceptance are essential. Also performs product storage, supervises inventory, handles all operational purchases required for daily maintenance across all departments, and procures products reserved for special occasions, among other duties. Finally, responsible for the company’s operational functionality concerning personnel and procurement departments.
