Responsibilities and Duties * Provide general public service (by phone, email, and in person); * Provide technical support in classrooms (webconferencing and connected classrooms); * Prepare and manage reservation spreadsheets for facilities; * Conduct inspections/checklists of general facilities (classrooms, access areas, restrooms, reception areas, among others); * Receive and distribute mail packets and correspondence, printed exams, and other documents; * Prepare budgets for materials and services based on technical specifications for evaluation; * Organize and maintain academic spaces, ensuring functionality of equipment, furniture, and supplies. Requirements and Qualifications * Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities (PcD); * Completed high school education; * Undergraduate studies in progress (desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM and from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM), according to schedule.
